Each season has its own palette of aromas and flavors. This year, the Alsace wine brand is inspired by citrus fruits through three discoveries : a liquor, Néo Spritz Limoncello ; and two Fleur de Bière Bitters, Citron et Exotic.
Néo Spritz Limoncello
With its Néo® Spritz collection, Wolfberger revisits the famous Italian cocktail by combining liqueur and Crémant d’Alsace. This signature range, from the know-how of the house, offers different interpretations of the spritz around fruity and fresh aromas. To accompany the sunny days, Wolfberger unveils a flavor with Mediterranean accents : Néo Spritz Limoncello. This liqueur is made from a delicately macerated lemon ribbon., then distilled. The preparation is then enriched with an infusion of cinchona bark., and natural lemon flavors. A recipe full of sunshine and sweetness, inspired by Italy, which will appeal to lovers of original cocktails.
Lemon Beer Flower Bitter
With its collection of Fleur de Bière bitters, Wolfberger revisits an iconic Alsatian aperitif. Made using an artisanal process brought up to date, these creations feature delicate natural flavors. Riches, fragrant and one of a kind, These Bitters give a fruity note to the beer. The new flavor of Amer Fleur de Bière Lemon is distinguished by its luminous hue and its tangy fragrance. A simple way to revisit a blonde or white beer, by revealing the liveliness of the lemon.
Exotic Beer Flower Bitter
In this same collection, Wolfberger also presents the Bitter Fleur de Bière Exotic. Following the same production principle as the rest of the Fleur de Bière Bitters range, this shades of sun and perfume combines the sweetness of mango, the liveliness of passion fruit and the freshness of pineapple. A combination that harmoniously highlights the aromas of the beer.
