The family group established overseas and internationally announced on September 21 the acquisition of the “wellness” division of the ICM Group., major fitness player in France with nearly 300 clubs under the Keepcool and Neoness brands. This operation marks a further step in its diversification at the same time as its arrival in sport and well-being.
They were created in 2002 and 2008 respectively. : Keepcool and Neoness are two brands firmly established in the French fitness landscape. With nearly 300 sports halls and 680 employees, they now constitute two complementary networks on the French market, in Overseas and Belgium. By getting closer to GBH, Keepcool and Neoness are preparing a new chapter in their development. This project brings together companies with different professions but with complementary know-how and common ambitions.. On the one hand, Keepcool et Neoness : sector expertise, two brands with identified territories, half a million members, and development experience combining own and franchise operations. On the other, GBH : a family group that has been managing multi-site brand networks for several decades, here again own as well as franchise, in very different territories. With 5,3 billion euros in turnover in 2025, 19,800 employees and a presence in 19 territories, GBH has a dimension and skills likely to support the next stage of growth of the two brands.

Keepcool : sport without judgment
At Keepcool, everyone must be able to practice physical activity without necessarily corresponding to the codes of the gym. Start, resume after an interruption, get back in shape, take care of your health, or just feel better : the brand claims a reassuring approach, accessible and non-judgmental, in which everyone can progress at their own pace. This philosophy is reflected in the experience offered in the club, with an important place given to support and the presence of state-certified coaches.
Neoness : urban sport
Historically anchored in Paris and more widely in Île-de-France, Neoness has grown in branches for twenty years and has built strong fitness expertise there.. Today, the brand assumes an urban identity, immersive et collective, in which the energy of the place and the group fully participates in motivation. His experience is based on a diversity of spaces and practices allowing you to alternate between free training, muscle strengthening, cardio, training and group classes. In 2026, the brand has also opened its model to franchising, with a first location in Nîmes Marguerittes led by an entrepreneur already a partner of the Keepcool network. Others will follow in the coming months.
Teddy Riner ambassador of Keepcool and Neoness
These are therefore two strong identities which are thus brought together. At Keepcool as at Neoness, 600 state-certified coaches are present to guide members, support them and make them want to practice sustainably. Brand employees, they benefit from continuing training via the certified internal training organization Qualiopi, in order to guarantee quality advice adapted to all levels. In 2026, this base is embodied by Teddy Riner, ambassador of Keepcool and Neoness, whose journey and values echo the ambition of the two brands.
