As its general director humorously pointed out, Mayess Marrakchi, Vivo Energy Réunion “stocked up” on September 21 to celebrate the brand’s 15th anniversary on the island.
The elegant atmosphere, pleasure and conviviality of this anniversary will remain engraved in the memories of all its guests : gas station managers, professional customers, carriers, suppliers, partners, institutions, etc.

With a network of 4,200 service stations spread across 29 countries, the Vivo Energy group, headquartered in London, is among the major players in the distribution of petroleum products in Africa. It was created in 2011 by Vitol and Helios, after the purchase of Shell's assets on the continent. The two birthdays therefore coincided, and the CEO was able to draw a parallel between the continued growth of the group under his leadership and that of Engen in Reunion under the direction of Mayess Marrakchi. Speaking about the international context, he also delivered a message of confidence. On his side, the CEO of Vivo Energy Réunion retraced the local history of Engen, heiress to the Caltex network. Son ambition ? Create places “where we want to stop and no longer where we have to stop”.
