Mi-September, the SHLMR inaugurated a residence at the Port Campus Oasis intended for students and young professionals.
It includes studios from 277 euros per month including charges, furnished shared accommodation (a total of 73 social rental housing units), coworking spaces, and finally local services. One-year leases are offered to support study courses, training and entry into working life : an innovative response to housing needs that are currently poorly met on the island.
