The Bernard Hayot Group and the School of Management and Commerce Business School signed a partnership agreement on April 28 in Cayenne aimed at strengthening the professional integration of students, to promote academic excellence and create lasting bridges between the school and the overseas economic fabric.

The convention will particularly concern the EGC campuses present in Guyana, in Martinique, in Guadeloupe, in Reunion and New Caledonia. The signatories affirm a “common desire to support overseas youth and encourage the emergence of local talents within the group’s subsidiaries”. GBH will notably make a financial commitment to the endowment fund recently set up by the EGC Business School. The Martinican group has been carrying out actions with the overseas EGC campuses for a long time. More than 170 students have been hosted for internships in Reunion over the past fifteen years.. GBH is also at the origin of the Tremplin pour l’emploi system, designed with the Adapted Military Service Regiments and the 2nd Chance School in Martinique, in Guadeloupe, in Guyana and Reunion. More than 150 young people have already been trained for careers in mass distribution and the automobile industry..
