Peanut Butter Protein is made from just two legumes : peanut and pea protein. Digestible and low in sugar, pea protein (also made in France) was selected by Menguy’s for its complementarity with the protein profile of peanut. Where the peanut is lower in lysine, pea protein provides significant amounts.
