It took two years of research and development for top model Constance Jablonski and Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger and her husband Rodolphe to create French Bloom. It is an organic sparkling wine without alcohol, low in calories, no added sugar and no sulphites. This vegan recipe was designed using dealcoholized wine, grape juice and natural flavors such as lemon. Produced and bottled in the South-West of France, French Bloom offers a range including “Le Blanc” and “Le Rosé”. But French Bloom is first and foremost a state of mind, associated with a way of life. A lifestyle seeking balance and assumed without alcohol, without giving up meetings and conviviality, to an active social life marked by celebration and good times.

Constance Jablonski, the co-founder, leads an active and hectic life for her career as a top model which requires her to have a healthy lifestyle without sacrificing her social life and human relationships. In New York, she also obtained a diploma in Holistic Nutrition in order to better understand and build her lifestyle. During his meeting with Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger (in New York), a friendship is created. Maggie, passionate about gastronomy through her professional life, noticed the shortage in the soft drinks sector at the time of her pregnancy. There was then no premium alternative that corresponded to his lifestyle. With expertise and knowledge- make her husband Rodolphe, they therefore thought together about this new high-end proposition.
