This is the increase in consumer prices measured by INSEE over one year in Reunion between July 2025 and July 2026.
However, inflation over one year slows down sharply compared to June (+1,5 %). It is mainly driven by the prices of energy and those of services, and to a lesser extent by those of tobacco. On the other hand, the costs of manufactured goods and food are falling. Excluding energy, prices over one year would be stable in Reunion while they would increase by 1,2% in France.
