Jean-Paul Mochet, president and CEO of Prosol, parent company of Grand frais ; Thierry Cotillard, president of the Mousquetaires Group ; Stephen Robert, influencer pharmacist : for his fifth birthday, the StratCo Run business strategy conference receives, October 8, three remarkable guests. With a dozen other speakers planned in the program, they will shed light on the themes that structure this exceptional edition : trade by 2030 (IA, data, augmented human), the relationship between purchasing power, value and sovereignty, le leadership commercial, and Reunion, commercial hub of the Indian Ocean.

Thierry Cotillard will intervene remotely. This will also be an opportunity to question him about his professional career and the changes in mass distribution that are underway in France.. As a reminder, with the recent acquisitions of several hundred stores, formerly Casino and Colruyt, Groupement Mousquetaires has climbed into the top three French players in the sector. Interviewed by Yves Puget, editorial director of LSA and conference facilitator, Thierry Cotillard will give us his vision of the future of commerce. Societal changes indeed question the economic and social role of mass distribution : is he still the same, where did it evolve ? A supermarket receives increasingly diverse audiences and must respond to increasingly varied consumer behaviors : Is the vocation of a store always to satisfy all requests? ?
Commercial audacity

StratCo Run 2026 is placed under the sign of commercial audacity. How to define commercial audacity ? What are the keys to success ? Thierry Cotillard has often been questioned about his professional career. Graduate of the National Higher Institute of Agri-Food Training (INSANELY) and HEC, he started as an intern in an Intermarché store. He is today at the head of the Mousquetaires Group. When it comes to boldness, difficult to do better ! Audacity is synonymous with innovation for this leader. And the unifying governance that he implemented is also cited as an example. For his management, he was named “Retail Personality of the Year” in 2024. His conception of leadership promises to be rich in lessons.
The vegetarian wolf returns ?
Finally, it will be difficult to resist the desire to know if Thierry Cotillard confirms whether the Intermarché 2025 Christmas advertising film will have a sequel... After the phenomenal success of the first, will we see a second opus at the end of 2026 with the same wolf character, now beloved ?
An expert look at commercial audacity
With Jean-Paul Mochet and Stephen Robert, StratCo Run welcomes two more key figures to shed light on the business outlook. The first will decrypt the keys to successAnds of Grand Frais, while the second will establish bridges between AI, data and exprience client.

Jean-Paul Mochet’s expertise was built on the ground, in direct contact with teams and customers. Supermarket director in Lyon when he joined the Casino group in 2000, then operating director of 140 stores, he became general manager of Franprix in 2008, brand that it is thoroughly modernizing. Member of the Casino Group executive committee in 2013, he then became President of Monoprix, Naturalia and Sarenza. These different responsibilities confronted him with the same challenge : lead large-scale transformations by involving thousands of employees around a demanding milestone. An exercise which requires having occupied each level yourself before directing them.
Retail expertise
Since the beginning of 2024, he chairs Prosol, major partner of Grand Frais, brand which has initiated an acceleration of its coverage in dense urban areas and launched its first CRM program – two structuring projects to anchor a resolutely progressive commercial proposition, based on a holistic approach where store, merchandise and merchant are one. It’s this retail expertise, proven at every level of the sector, which he will come to share in person in Reunion, next October 8, at the StratCo Run congress where he will give his perspective on the major changes underway : new consumer trends, aging of the population, customer experience transformation.
Stephen Robert, visionary pharmacist

Doctor of Pharmacy, certified entrepreneur and trainer, Stephen Robert stands out as a figure in the transformation of pharmacies in France and the French Overseas Territories. Founder of Pharm’Alpha, he puts his expertise at the service of commercial performance, merchandising and digital innovation. As CEO of Pharmadvisor, it helps brands establish themselves in the pharmaceutical market with an approach focused on e-commerce and optimization of online presence, in compliance with the ethics specific to the profession. He is also an influencer who shares his vision on social networks and at conferences. He wants to inspire pharmacists to rethink their profession, to innovate and adapt to changing patient expectations. Indeed, pour Stephen Robert, the pharmacy must no longer be perceived as a simple point of sale, but as an actor in the health system. “The pharmacist must once again become the health advisor by rreference, and s’relying on new technologies and a human approach », he explains. He sees in particular artificial intelligence as a tool to transform the way pharmacists work, communicate, sell and train their teams.
