March 12, the Regional Council of the Order of Chartered Accountants, the Chamber of Notaries, the Saint-Denis bar and the Saint-Pierre bar have signed an interprofessional collaboration charter.
This is an important step in Reunion Island in cooperation between the regulated professions of accounting and law.. The approach is in line with national conventions on interprofessional cooperation and adapts them to the specificities of the Reunion area.. The charter provides in particular for the development of joint information actions and interprofessional events, the implementation of shared training between professions, reinforced cooperation in prevention and support for businesses in difficulty, promoting amicable methods of settling disputes, and also coordinated action to fight against the illegal exercise of regulated professions.
