In 2026, the Reunionese restaurant brand returned to Franchise Expo Paris to recruit partners.
After expanding through branches in the South and Île-de-France, the brand launched its franchise project across France last year. This prospecting resulted in the selection of the first two candidates, whose restaurants are in the opening phase : in La Roche-sur-Yon (Vendee), and in Rueil-Malmaison (Hauts-de-Seine). Le Dodo Blanc is also working on opening another branch establishment, the fifth in Paris. This year, Dodo Blanc livened up the show with the arrival on its stand of the troupe of dancers from a very dynamic Reunion association, based in Villeneuve-le-Roi (Val-de-Marne), Kafrine Péï. Also on the menu : punch and rougail tastings (pei chicken sausages).
