The result of CBo Territoria's activities came to 26,4 million euros at the end of December 2022, up +16,1 %, inform the group. After regulatory adjustments, net profit, group share, stands at 16 million euros, increasing by 1,5% over one year. Pour 2023, CBo targets growth in gross tertiary rents of 1%, awaiting deliveries to its Combani operation (shopping center and office building) in Mayotte, which will be contributory from 2024. Medium term, CBo Territoria intends to continue the development of its assets by relying on “solid prospects”. Its tertiary projects under construction, to be launched within 12 months and identified in the medium term on controlled land, represent 106 million euros of investments, including 26 million currently under construction in Combani and 26 million for projects to be launched within twelve months. For its promotional activity, CBo describes visibility over 18-24 months as “strong” with at the end of December 2022 44,6 million euros of projects launched (dont 41,9 in residential), an order book of 40,1 millions (dont 39,7 in residential) and an offer for sale in residential of 20,5 millions. In addition, the group has additional medium-term development potential of 1,000 lots (housing and land for sale) on secure owned land.
