In 2025, CBo Territoria recorded a 20% drop in its consolidated turnover with 53,3 million euros against 66,7 million in 2024.

Its gross rental income increased slightly to 26,9 millions, as its promotional activity continues to decline (24,9 millions, -35 %). This activity suffered from the end of the Pinel tax exemption system to now focus on two products with satisfactory margins (sale of block buildings and building plots), by displaying “a solid order book (22,8 million euros”, indicates CBo). For its land part, the La Mare company is continuing its growth strategy by developing high-yielding tertiary assets in Reunion and Mayotte. Its revenues evolve according to deliveries and sales. Deliveries to France Travail offices in Mayotte in July 2024 and to the KFC in Saint-Joseph in October 2024 thus had a positive impact on its revenues in 2025. To note : last December 31, CBo Territoria acquired Villa Saint-Joseph, a building of more than 2,500 m2 of offices located near the Jardin de l’Etat in Saint-Denis. This property benefits from a particularly solid rental profile, it will contribute to consolidated revenues for 2026.
