The University of Réunion responded to the call for expressions of interest launched as part of the plan “Public service talents”, aimed at supporting talented young people from modest origins towards public service careers, thanks to reinforced preparation courses for competitive examinations. The three Reunion projects were selected. At the start of the academic year in August 2021, three “Prepas Talents” classes will therefore be open : two on the Moufia campus and one on the Tampon campus. A Moufia, a class will be devoted to the public administration license, another for masters in public law and economics. At the Buffer, the Prépa Talents class will be linked to the third year of the STAPS license, sports course, mediation and specialized education.
The teaching teams of these classes are made up of civil servants who provide professional teaching and academics for academic subjects.. Each student selected under conditions of resources and merit will benefit from enhanced tutoring and financial support.. He will receive a dedicated grant of 4,000 euros over the duration of the training., cumulative with the scholarship awarded on social criteria. They will also be able to benefit from support for accommodation and catering.
