In January, Maggi launched its range of liquid soups in 1 L cartons in France with 10 new recipes divided into three ranges.
–Vegetable soups : 8 Vegetables – Leeks & Potatoes, Pumpkins, Tomatoes, Courgettes & Yogurts, Mushrooms, Tomatoes & Peppers ;
–Fish soup ;
–Exotic soups : Indian (Coral lenses & curry) and Thai (carrots & coco)
Recipes 8 Vegetables and Leeks & Potatoes are also available in 500 ml.
In the first half of 2026, 6 recipes will be launched in Reunion. Since 2012, Maggi, is the leading Food brand in the world. A beloved brand, with 97% awareness and 59% penetration on the French market in 2025. In the meeting, Maggi is the market leader in cooking dehydrated foods with 50,2%* of PDM. Liquid soups represent 66,4% of the Reunion market for soups and soups, market in which Maggi is not yet.

The Vegetables segment alone represents 70% of sales
Soups respond to new consumer trends where consumers are looking more for healthy recipes, gourmet, exotic, but above all practical and quick to do. They offer many advantages. They are widely consumed (in France, 42 million consumption occasions per week, including 52% of occasions with ready-made soups). So, Maggi is developing a range of liquid soups that meets consumer expectations. Practical : with a resealable cap for easy opening and storage. Natural : with 100% ingredients of natural origin, without added preservative, and certified sustainable fishing for the fish range. Nutritive : with a Nutri-Score B across the entire range. Diversified : with 3 ranges, including 5 vegetable recipes and 1 exotic recipe.
New Maggi Defatted Veal Stock

In the seasonings and culinary aids section, the category leader (74,6% of PDM*) launches Maggi Defatted Veal Stock. Practical and fast, it is easily diluted in water, without having to add butter or cream, to enhance the taste of meats while making them softer. Its ingredients have been rigorously selected and prepared before being dried and then carefully mixed based on a recipe developed by the Maggi chef.. Meat sauce bases are a segment that is attracting new buyers (31,2% penetration).
