Owner of Intermark supermarkets, which he bought last year from the Thien Ah Koon group, the West Indian group Sainte-Claire brings the first two stores under its Ecomax brand : the points of sale in Saint-Pierre and Saint-Joseph.
For stores in Saint-Denis (La Providence) and Saint-Gilles les Bains, the change is less marked with the new banner, Intermark by Ecomax. The Tampon store, on the other hand, is under construction for a reopening planned for September. With Ecomax, it is also the Netto distributor brand which is entering the Reunion market. Netto is the own brand of the brand of the same name, created by the Groupement Mousquetaires and which has established itself in the French landscape of food products at discount prices.
