Presented alone or accompanied, this iconic product is equally enjoyed cooked in a cloth, in jar or tray. For Christmas 2021, Maison Delpeyrat also offers a committed offer, promise of responsibility with two products with a refined design. A whole duck foie gras from the South-West in a tea towel (270 g) : the gentle and controlled cooking provided by the cloth immersed in a delicate broth, offers an ultra melting texture. The format also makes cutting easier for a neat and festive decoration. A whole duck foie gras from the South West in a jar (360 g) which improves and becomes smoother over time (a classic to offer). New this year : Maison Delpeyrat imagines triangle foie gras : a product in a format suitable for an aperitif. Swedish marinated salmon

Another flagship product of the end-of-year holidays, salmon is a delicacy that can be prepared in multiple ways to delight the eyes and taste buds of guests. Inspired by the authentic gravlax recipe of Scandinavian origin, This year, Maison Delpeyrat is offering a gravlax-style marinated salmon. (4 tranches, 100 g), that is to say made from raw salmon, marinated in salt, sugar and lemon. Gravlax means “bury the salmon” in Swedish : this word takes us back to the Middle Ages, where Scandinavian fishermen buried salmon in jars in sea beach sand for greater conservation. The salmon was then marinated in salt, a little sugar, white pepper, and dill so it can be eaten. Prepared here in the Brioude workshops in Auvergne, this fresh and melting product, garnished with dill, pepper and lemon, will not be missed, him too, to raise enthusiasm. Salmon guaranteed never frozen, fed without GMOs, preservative free.
Normandy smoked trout raised at sea
Another ally of choice for elegant tables, smoked trout, great gourmet classic, was a great success for New Year's Eve. With smoked trout from Normandy (tranches, 120 g, 100% French holiday product par excellence, Maison Delpeyrat rediscovers the authenticity and true taste of sea-raised trout for a fresh starter. The trout come from responsible Norman aquaculture, attentive to natural resources and human know-how : born trout, high, smoked and packaged in Normandy, limited breeding density, respect for the natural cycle of fish, respect for the marine environment, food composed of non-GMO vegetable proteins and fish meal and oil from sustainable fishing, support for local employment. This novelty from Maison Dupeyrat will undoubtedly appeal to guests..
