In 2024, Kevene Marimoutou succeeded Kelly Rangama as “signature” chef of meals served by Air Austral to its Club class customers.

The executive chef of the kitchens of the Iloha Seeview Hotel,in Saint-Leu, previously signed one of the four dishes offered to high-contribution passengers. Since September 1, all dishes served in Club Austral class bear his signature. He imagined ten new dishes with flavors of Reunion Island, in addition to the four already proposed. The happy Air Austral front class passengers departing from Reunion Island have the opportunity to taste a swordfish steak, spicy ginger ketchup and lemon gel, pan-fried potato gnocchi, a duck breast marinated in galabé syrup, a potato curry with massalé... Kevene Marimoutou has also created verrines offered to Air Austral passengers who have access to her Gillot lounge. A different signature glass, with a very Reunion touch, is offered every month.
