The large fearful distilleries Massenez continue to shine with Golden Eight, A Williams pear liquor marrying know-how and innovation that is resounding success.
Golden Eight wants to be expression of Massenez expertise. Creating a rare finesse assembly, The masters distillors select Williams Eaux-de-Vie eight years minimum age. This alchemy is then sublimated by the master liquorists, which transform this elixir into a liqueur with pastry notes of remarkable freshness. The design of the carafe, pear shaped, completes this tasteful work of art. A vision carried by Bernard Baud, president of the distillery, who knew how to give this liqueur this recognizable setting among all. Result ? Figures from the latest in-house survey, carried out with 3,000 people, which reveal the craze for Golden Eight : 97,4% of consumers who have tasted the liqueur say they want to buy it ; 90% recommend it to those around them ; more than 60% of Golden Eight fans are women.
A large format edition for the holidays
On the consumer trends side, Golden Eight seduces with its user-friendly nature and its ability to adapt to various uses. So 57,8% of consumers enjoy Golden Eight with family or friends and 15,5% as a couple. They are 51,6% to consume it pure and 7,2% in cooking or baking. The moments of consumption are also interesting to note : 39,9% choose Golden Eight for dessert and 15,4% as an aperitif, to start the meal. Golden Eight was originally available in three decanter sizes : 20 cL, 70 cL and 1,5 L. Faced with the enthusiasm for the product, the Massenez distillery has decided to complete its offering in mid-December with a large format edition : le magnum Golden Eight.
