The EGC Business School of Reunion Island opens its parallel admissions to the 3rd year of the Bachelor. It thus offers people preparing or holding a Bac+2 (BTS, BUT, L2…) the possibility of directly entering the final year of a Bac+3 diploma approved by the State. An opportunity to strengthen your career by training in business skills, marketing and management adapted to the realities of the territory, while opening international perspectives.

The 2022-2025 strategic plan of the EGC Business School network has produced very positive results. It was notably marked by the opening of six campuses. On the occasion of its 50th anniversary, the first Bachelor network in France has unveiled a new strategic roadmap, EGC 2030. His ambition is clear : establish itself as the reference business school in the territories, with the launch of an educational innovation laboratory, proposing options adapted to the territories, or the creation of a national media based on the deciphering of concepts and news by school stakeholders. “With EGC 2030, we want to take a step forward : become the reference business school in the territories, fully connected to the world. To achieve this, we will strengthen our contributions to territorial development, to educational inclusion, to the transformation of businesses and the vitality of local ecosystems”, says David Barthe, general director of the EGC Business School network.
The local business school
Present on the island for more than 35 years and backed by the CCI Réunion, the Reunion campus stands out for its territorial roots and its direct link with local businesses. This proximity makes it possible to adapt lessons to the needs of SMEs and economic players.. The Bachelor EGC combines real projects, professional interventions and internships, ensuring rapid integration into the world of work. The integration rate within six months of students following graduation (jobs and studies) amounts to 95%. This academic excellence was notably recognized this year with the obtaining of the BSIS label (Business School Impact System) FNEGE/EFMD, which rewards schools contributing to the economic and social dynamics of their territory. With a financial impact of nearly 140 million euros, i.e. an average of nearly 10 million euros per campus, EGC Business School confirms the relevance of its model based on proximity to territories.
Diverse career paths
The EGC Bachelor program offers its graduates a diversity of professional paths. According to the integration survey carried out in 2025 among 201 graduates from the Reunion campus, they occupy very varied functions : 20% in administration and support services, 21% in finance, management and accounting, 11% in the sales department, 11% in marketing and communication, or 21% in executive and management services. They operate in multiple sectors : banque, wholesale, construction, formation, hotel and catering industry, real estate… This plurality of professions and sectors illustrates the openness and adaptability of the training offered by the EGC Business School of Reunion Island.
