Lille of Reunion
Beyond the nod to the region of origin of the brand, this company brings together the micro-breweries adjoining the 3 Brasseurs restaurants in La Réunion. Created in 2001 with the opening of the Saint-Pierre restaurant, the company expanded alongside restaurants, in Sainte-Marie, then to Saint-Paul. Brewed in each restaurant and on demand, the different 3 Brasseurs beers are sold from tank to glass directly. The company, however, responded to demand by equipping its breweries with bottling units allowing the marketing of the eight beers it produces to take away in bottles., but also in barrels. These beers can be ordered in every restaurant or online. Beyond the reference beers, the three micro-breweries develop a new limited edition beer every month. The eight colors of beer receive the collective brand Nou la fé, i.e. 22 products sold in restaurants, in 75 cl bottle or barrel.
