Convenient access, offering several parking spaces, the 400 m2 warehouse is unique in its kind : it is similar to a giant wine cellar specializing in wholesale sales for professionals. No other store of this type exists on the island. At the basis of this project, Christol de Sigoyer and his thirty years of experience in selling wine to restaurants, lodges, guest tables, caterers, etc. The founder of the establishment worked for major wine trade houses in Reunion before opening VINI-Cash. It is his knowledge of the local market that he brings to bear in this commercial concept.. “VINI-Cash offers around sixty wines, red, blancs, rosés, champagnes, mainly from France, plus some wines from South Africa. With this selection, I provide references which are interesting for Reunionese restaurants because they correspond to the types of wines which are often requested by restaurant customers. What interests me, in the choice of my wines, it’s taste associated with quality, that they provide pleasure, and provide them at the best prices. I achieve this by having imported most of my references in full containers. I benefit from significant discounts from producers. I share it with my clients. » Wines are preferably sold in boxes of six bottles (or 12 half bottles) as well as in cubtainer, but they can also be individually, because VINI-Cash is open to individuals.

Born and raised on the family estate of Château Bardins (Pessac-Léognan appellation) near Bordeaux, Christol de Sigoyer lets his clients benefit from his sense of wine. He himself chose all the references he offers. It is aimed in the same way at individuals new to wine as at professionals. For receptions, weddings, family events, the new address is therefore also to be remembered. The wines can be discovered and collected on site. Other assets : the exclusivity of the offer and its storage. The sixty references offered by VINI-Cash are not distributed in general or specialized supermarkets. Whatever the level of range, Christol de Sigoyer aims to bring quality to all tables in the CHR sector, and to do this its economic model is also based on storage designed to guarantee optimal conservation conditions for all wines.. With three references, the wines were imported in insulated containers. Very well insulated, air-conditioned, spacious, the building maintains them at a constant temperature of 23°.
