French number one in personal services, O2 takes a step forward in its development by opening its first agency in Reunion Island. With this implementation, the brand continues to extend its presence to overseas territories.

The O2 La Réunion Ouest agency offers cleaning, ironing and childcare services.. It covers the west of the island, from La Possession to L’Étang-Salé. This launch marks a turning point for O2, which is thus expanding its national presence to overseas territories after a successful first step in Guadeloupe. Since its launch, the agency is experiencing sustained growth. It now relies on a team of around twenty professionals and displays exponential development of its activity.. This dynamic demonstrates both the relevance of the O2 offer in Reunion Island and the trust placed by families. This establishment is also part of an approach to creating local jobs, with regular recruitment to support the rise of the agency. Coming from a family environment focused on caring for others – his mother, childminder ; her grandmother, home worker –,Yoann Desseigne has always been sensitive to the support professions. Former sports instructor, director of structures specializing in information security then director of entities with an international dimension, Yoann has led several solidarity actions on the island : secure moves for women victims of violence with CEVIF *, moments of leisure offered to children in difficulty with the Mille Sourires association. “Reunionese families are very invested in the care of their loved ones, and their rhythms of life intensify. They need reliable support, quality and proximity. Our ambition is to provide an adapted and caring response so that each family can take time for what is essential. »

A powerful brand

Subsidiary of the Oui Care group, O2 was created in 1996. The brand offers a wide range of services : household, ironing, childcare, help for seniors, support for people with disabilities, gardening, bricolage, as well as cleaning services for professionals. With a network of nearly 600 agencies in France, in Senegal, in Ivory Coast and Morocco, O2 currently works with 120,000 families. In 2024, the company achieved a turnover of 328 million euros.
