CBo Territoria announced on May 18 the delivery of the luxury residence Les Damiers 1, to Marie Caze, residential district created on 30 hectares by the group on its historic land in Plaine Saint-Paul.
Les Damiers 1 is already 100% sold ; its buyers used the Pinel Outre-mer tax exemption law or the Girardin law at the IS. The residence extends over three levels, it is made up of 17 accommodations. The second phase of the residence will be delivered next August. It consists of 29 apartments, 90% of lots were sold by mid-May.
Building on this success and encouraged by the perpetuation of the Pinel Outre-Mer and Girardin law systems at the IS by the government, CBo Territoria has decided to launch the marketing of two new residential programs. The first is in the Marie-Caze district : Bengali 1, residence of 33 apartments from T2 to T4ainte-Marie) : Shattered, 35 accommodations from T2 to T4.
