This is no longer a project : the decree creating the National School of Architecture of Reunion Island was published in the Official Journal on February 1.
The Porto architecture school will therefore officially become the 21st ENSA in France from March 1, 2025.. On this date, she will be seconded from ENSA Montpellier, of which it was an antenna since 1988. This is “a turning point for our school, a new stage for the teaching of architecture in Reunion Island, comments his director, Pierre Rosier. This creation responds to a strong ambition : develop teaching adapted to climate and societal issues, in tropical contexts”.
