It all started with a dream : create a gin like a tree of life that would give birth to the most beautiful fruits, with the most beautiful aromatic fragrances. It would be like playing the keys of a perfume organ to compose the most delicate chords. From this dream was born a beautifully crafted artisanal gin where each ingredient, each aroma delicately underlines the other as if to better allow its expression. Inspired by a traditional botanist bottle, the bottle is also no stranger to the haute couture image that Generous Gin imposes since the decals are placed there by hand with infinite precision.
Gin Generous Original
Tasty, fruity and floral, rich like a miraculous harvest, this “distilled gin” appeals to both amateurs and new consumers of exceptional eaux-de-vie. The floral side is the expression of infusions of jasmine and elderflower flowers.. The citrusy notes of lemon and pink grapefruit give Generous Original gin a freshness that combines perfectly in a Gin & Tonic, “On the rocks” or even associated with oysters. The red pepper distillate gives the product a very beautiful aromatic length which brings together the spices, citrus fruits and white flowers.
Gin Generous Organic
Generous Gin Organic makes its juniper notes even fresher by accompanying them with a beautiful citrus expression. Coriander and Combava : these botanicals provide great liveliness to this new expression of the Gin Generous range. Citrus notes, particularly kaffir lime, bring acidity mixed with a slight bitterness which will delight Dry Martini lovers. The degree of alcohol, 44°, is designed to satisfy the needs of demanding mixology, and thus attribute the full expression of a lively and elegant gin.
Gin Generous Purple
Much more than a color, Generous Gin Purple is the first gin to contain grape polyphenols and anthocyanins extracted from grape skins. Polyphenols are the molecules which constitute the tannins of wine, anthocyanins contribute to the texture and color of red wine. They are also recognized antioxidants. This delicate blend gives the Generous Gin Purple vintage a creamy “dry” texture., combined with the freshness of a seductive gin flavored with pink grapefruit !
Gin Generous Azur
Fourth edition of Gin Generous, Azur is a beautiful ensemble combining complexity and suavity. At nose, this gin is powerful with a beautiful, complex and typical citrus “amount” from the Mediterranean basin, scent of violet and delicate touch of basil. A beautiful cocktail of ripe citrus fruits and floral notes. In mouth, flavors of fresh violet, notes of basil and blood oranges give it a particularly aromatic structure. With a finale that sees the arrival of bitter orange.
