This is the increase in the household consumer price index in Reunion, calculated by INSEE for the month of April. This rebound comes after a drop of 0,4% in March. The increase in prices primarily concerns services – particularly recreational services, insurance and air transport –, then manufactured products including clothing, finally petroleum products. Increases in the prices of fresh vegetables and tobacco also contribute, to a lesser extent, on the overall rise. Over 13 months, prices increase by 1%.
