The 11th Brassin de la Fischer Sakimouss is finally available ! More than a few days before festival -goers can enjoy, like every year, Sakifo beer : the Fischer Sakimouss. But this tribute to local beer production, signed by Sorebra, at the big Reunion musical event, brings together a much larger audience every year than that of the festival. Brewed in Reunion by Sorebra, this blond ale beer is a special top fermentation brew. At nose, it exhibits citrus scents, flowers and fruits, mixture resulting from its development. In mouth, we find herbaceous notes, yellow fruit, malted (biscuit) and leaven. It can be found in a limited edition pack, 6 x 33 cl bottles, in large and medium -sized areas. Like every year, His pack is, on the one hand, its original side in black and white, and on the other one side in the colors of the Sakifo Musik Festival poster. The Fischer Sakimouss will be available on tap at the Sakifo Musik Festival, as well as in some bars and restaurants.
