On February 10, the Region and the State launched a process to bring together local development stakeholders., now grouped together in a shared governance body.
Called “Regional Planning Commission”, it is co-chaired by the two public actors and supported by the Regional Land and Urban Development Fund (Frau). It brings together intermunicipalities, the Department, the Association of Mayors as well as the Public Land Establishment, the Agorah, Arms, and finally public developers. Its scope includes housing operations, urban renewal and land recycling. Its objective : remove operational obstacles and facilitate the completion of projects, particularly in terms of social housing.
