Kdopays celebrated its anniversary to thank its teams and its 300 partners, Reunion tourism and leisure professionals. The leader in the sector takes the opportunity to announce the upcoming launch of a digital platform, a new local quality label and a reworked graphic identity.

Kdopays allows Reunion Islanders to offer a range of leisure services brought together in gift boxes. With almost 200,000 units sold in 10 years and 27,000 in 2021, the gift box trend is in full swing and is not about to run out of steam in Reunion Island. “While consumers mostly tended to offer manufactured gifts and goods more than services, Since the health crisis, we have witnessed a disruption in purchasing behavior which is massively oriented towards experiences to be lived and shared., with family or friends”, observes Alexis Dru-Sauer, associate co-manager. It is in this context that the Kdopays e-box arrives. In the era of digitalization, it had become essential, for the Kdopays team, to be able to offer a complementary offer, parallel to that of its gift boxes in stores. Kdopays is therefore launching e-boxes, bringing together all of its offers in a digital version. Advantage for the Reunionese : the possibility of ordering online, via a new digital platform, the gift to give or to give yourself and have your voucher in the form of a QR code. A real time saver. Advantage for professional partners in the world of leisure and tourism : direct sending of confirmation of completion of each service, by scanning the QR code, and instant payment request via an application specially created by Kdopays to facilitate administrative procedures.

A 100% Réunion label and identity
Kdopays creates a local quality label : “100% Certified Meeting Partner”. Materialized in the form of a plaque or sticker affixed to the storefronts of each labeled partner, this qualification certifies partners offering services guaranteeing consumers a positive experience from booking to the smooth running of the service offered as a gift. To relaunch the dynamic for the next ten years, Kdopays also wanted to rework its graphic charter. The result is a new logo, which uses the key colors (apple green and gray) of the brand, and the addition of a straw in place of the Y to symbolize the freedom and escape offered by country gift boxes. “We were very keen to keep the announcement of our developments as a priority for our partners who form the beating heart of our boxes.. Between graphic makeover, technical modernity and quality commitments, we are laying the foundations for our next decade”, welcomes Cécile Le Guilloux, associate co-manager.
