Guacamole without lawyer, Aperitif sauces without additives : The brand unveils a new range of aperitif sauces to "Dipper" and, to leave nothing to chance, launches his own crackers.

In a department populated by products with controversial ingredients, Hénaff continues to revisit the aperitif with sauces with quality ingredients without preservative or additive. These aperitif sauces are available in mainland France, in preview in all Carrefour hypermarkets in France since the beginning of March, then will be in other brands from April.

Fève’camole
In this substitute for guacamole, the lawyer, very water intensive, is replaced by beans. Unlike classic guacamole, which actually contain only a small percentage of avocado in favor of water and oil, the Fève’camole leaves plenty of room (29 %) to its main ingredient, the bean. This allows Hénaff to offer a recipe with color, with surprising texture and taste.

Indian aperitif sauce
The journey within reach of your taste buds : Hénaff has designed a sauce with a creamy texture, in which the fresh and abundant cheese combines with the balanced intensity of the curry, for a sweet and spicy moment.

Salsa aperitif sauce
Tomato flavor, assembled with a mixture of spices, for a spicy dip sauce. Hénaff revisits this other classic of Mexican cuisine with a recipe rich in tomatoes (69 %) and grilled peppers (11 %), just spicy enough to wake up the aperitif.

Fine herb aperitif sauce
A fresh and essential flavor of the aperitif. The garlic is perfectly combined with the chives, shallots and parsley, for a delicious taste.

Hénaff crackers
Hénaff does not just invent sauces, the brand is now launching two dipper cracker recipes : Crack’s three seeds (sesame, flax and chia) and Espelette pepper cracks. Thick and delicious, they arrive on the shelves in April to add crunch to the aperitif.
