The Bernard Hayot group and the 2nd chance school school (E2C Réunion) Signed an agreement at the end of November 2022 which should allow 15 young people far from employment to win a permanent contract in mass distribution at the end of a sixteen -month training course. Candidates selected by Pôle Emploi, associated with the operation, will be hosted by the E2C Réunion for five months of refresher training. They will then follow a one-year work-study training course with the Gem formation organization., to prepare for their future career in sales and cash register. “We have difficulty recruiting in distribution professions. There is often a mismatch between our business needs and the profiles who apply. With this program, we will participate throughout the training in the acquisition of skills, know-how and interpersonal skills of our future recruits”, summarizes Michel Lapeyre, Indian Ocean Director at GBH.
