Opened December 1, 2022, the “Réunion-France 2030 regionalized” system is extended for 2026 with an additional envelope of 2,4 million euros, co-financed by the State and the Réunion Region.
France 2030 is an ambitious investment plan intended to finance projects and their industrialization. On a national level, it has an envelope of 54 billion euros over five years. It aims to support innovative projects and their industrialization. Since its launch, 66 projects were supported in Reunion for a total amount of 48,8 million aid, including 11 business projects financed as part of the regionalized component for 2,36 millions. Over the period 2022-2026, this component now represents an overall envelope of 5,4 million dedicated to supporting projects in the regional economic fabric. L’ambition : ensure a favorable framework for the emergence and development of initiatives contributing to job creation and responding to local challenges.
A system available in two axes
“Innovation projects in Reunion” : This call for projects targets individual SME or ETI companies established in Reunion and engaged in research or development initiatives., including non-technological. It aims to promote their growth and competitiveness. “Sector projects in Reunion” : This component supports the structuring of regional sectors by financing shared investment expenses as well as research and development projects.. It is aimed at businesses, to economic actors, to research and regional organizations.
France 2030 in Reunion
It’s on the site set up by Bpifrance (http://france2030.regionreunion.com/) that candidates can submit their application and consult the specifications of the two systems. Bpifrance ensures, on behalf of the State and the Réunion Region, l’instruction, contractualization as well as technical and financial monitoring. The Bpifrance teams responsible for supporting creators are at their disposal (reunion@bpifrance.fr). Projects must be consistent with the orientations of the Regional Economic Development Plan, d’innovation et d’internationalisation (SRDEII), the “New Economy” strategy of the Réunion Region and that of intelligent social and sustainable specialization.
