Publisher of accounting solutions, commercial management and payroll, EBP continues its investments in the management of electronic invoicing which will be generalized by 2025. The Group supports regulation through technological innovation and has entered into a partnership with jefacture.com to facilitate the missions of accountants.

In 2025, paper invoices will no longer exist. The French State wishes to generalize electronic invoicing for inter-company payments. A dematerialization which will also make it possible to fight against VAT fraud. It is in fact via a certified private platform or the centralizing public platform (Chorus Pro) that billing data between companies will pass through, for transmission to the DGFiP. This obligation will be done in stages : by 2023, all companies will have to receive electronic invoices. They will then have until 2025 to issue invoices in electronic format..

Anticipate regulations
This is why the EBP Group is continuing its investments to support companies towards electronic invoicing.. It now makes it possible from its invoicing solutions, the remote transmission of attachments as well as the market number in addition to the invoice in order to facilitate and accelerate the processing of invoices on the Chorus Pro portal.
“Our objective is to strengthen the competitiveness of companies by reducing the administrative burden linked to invoice management. But also to anticipate future regulations” explains Grégoire Leclercq. He sees 2025 as an opportunity for economic players : the digital invoice will secure commercial exchanges, optimize payment times, reduce disputes. But also make VAT management more agile through automated cross-checking and pre-filling of the VAT declaration .

Dematerialize, tracer, archive
Thanks to a partnership with jefacture.com, accountants will be able to automatically collect invoices and sales credits from EBP customers, seal them with the stamp of the Order and archive them. Or send sales invoices to end customers through different digital channels (secure web portal, mail, and email). EBP thus facilitates the transmission of accounting documents between clients of Chartered Accountants.

Support for SMEs and VSEs
