Created in 1997 by Radj Koytcha, then joined by Kouresh Koytcha and Salim Koytcha, Koytcha Conseil supports a clientele of around 900 business leaders, associations and large Reunionese families, for nearly 330 million euros of advised assets. Cottage Immo, founded in 2004 and initially dedicated to the real estate management of Koytcha Conseil’s “club deals”, has for its part developed a property management offering, real estate transactions and management of club deals mainly in the corporate real estate segment. “Through their in-depth knowledge of the local market and the structuring partnerships they have developed in the region, the companies of the Koytcha group stand out for their ability to select the financial and real estate investment solutions most suited to Reunion entrepreneurs”, underlines the press release which announced their acquisition, in January.
