CBO Territoria announced a turnover of 66 in early February,6 million euros, As a sharp decline compared to 2023 (-21,5 %) Due to the programmed decline in its promotion activity.

CBO is now defined as a property "with a diversified heritage, mainly composed of tertiary assets ". In 2024, the rental income generated by the property rose to 26,6 million euros, against 25,5 million a year earlier. The turnover of its promotional activity stood at 38,5 million euros in 2024, against 58,1 million in 2023, a drop of more than 33,8 %. “This drop is mainly explained by the absence of residential supply linked to the Pinel system which ended on December 31, 2024”, comments on the company which had decided in 2023 not to launch new retail programs. The turnover of its retail sales was thus limited to 6,1 million euros in 2024 (-68,1 %). The turnover from block sales, however, was maintained (22,7 million euros, against 23,3 million in 2023). Finally, the turnover generated by sales of building land amounted to 9,1 million euros, against 11,6 million in 2023, despite an extension of commercial deadlines linked to the difficulties encountered by buyers in bringing their project to fruition (access to credit, rising construction costs…).
CBo Territoria finally wanted to reassure its shareholders and partners about its assets in Mayotte : “The consequences of the passage of Cyclone Chido were relatively measured, most of the assets located in Mamoudzou and Combani experienced minor damage which could be the subject of precautionary measures allowing a rapid resumption of their operation. »
