L’ICD Business School, IGS group business school, and the Abyss, engineering consulting group for industrial sectors, digital and life sciences, launch the recruitment of talent acquisition officers. They are committed to training, as part of a new partnership, the talents of tomorrow with a pedagogy centered on the art of responsible commerce by defending values of ethics and freedom to explore, shared by the company.
At the crossroads of several functions, the talent acquisition officer (or manager) identifies and recruits talents who will be potentially strategic in the more or less long term in companies. Abylsen and the ICD Business School will support, at the start of the 2023 academic year, 20 work-study students by offering them a unique opportunity in talent acquisition officer roles in France and Belgium. This unique and specific program, lasting two years, will be taught alternately in a mixed format, face-to-face and remote, and accessible after a validated bac+3. Abylsen’s commitment to the learning collective resonates with the openness and innovative educational approach of the ICD Business School. “This tailor-made partnership is based on common values, freedom of action and exploration, to meet the needs of a constantly evolving society on a flagship function of the Abylsen ecosystem. An ambition : allow work-study students to have a structuring training experience to discover new professional perspectives. By building this partnership with the ICD Business School, we are innovating by experimenting with a new channel for identifying and training our talent acquisition officers in line with our entrepreneurial culture. For these future work-study students, it is the promise of operational and professional training and also the prospect of long-term collaboration to come.”, explains Mélanie Aubert, human resources director of the Abylsen group.
