Opened in 2017 in the Technor park in Saint-Denis, the Village by CA has already supported 75 project leaders. It claims more than 450 jobs created and more than 27 million euros raised.
Early September, the structure presented a new offer : a pre-acceleration program intended for innovative companies with potential that still need to structure their business model and consolidate certain fundamentals before fully integrating an acceleration phase. On the other hand, the Village by CA integrates an academy at the heart of its start-up support program. Village Academy reinforces tailor-made support by providing their managers with the skills they lack to better manage and ensure the growth of their business.
“The objective is not to do in place of the leaders, but to allow them to gain autonomy”, specifies Kossi Assiobo, the start-up manager of the Village. “By strengthening their skills in the fundamentals, we can devote more time to individual support, to the issues specific to the company and the decisions that condition its development”.
