Thanks to TeamViewer, loved ones can take control remotely to help their elders configure their smartphone, without stress or travel. With access to Gemini, Google's conversational AI, users benefit from a digital “companion” to ask simple questions, be guided step by step, find a word, a date, a recipe… or even obtain a voice summary of a message received. This new form of intelligent support, on demand, completes support for loved ones.
