Innovative player in tourism in the Indian Ocean, Keylodge Holidays offers the first ever holiday subscription for locals. In a context of tension on purchasing power, This initiative aims to make it easier for families in Reunion to go on vacation thanks to an economically advantageous solution..
Founded in 2019 by Romain Desvignes, the Keylodge group is a player that brings together all the real estate and hospitality professions : management, advice, facility management, sales and events. Present in Reunion and Mauritius, the group relies on an ecosystem of complementary brands (Keylodge Holidays, Property, Living, Services, Event and DB Hotel Consulting) at the service of owners, investors, travelers and tenants. Catering to local tourists, Nout’Pass is its latest innovation. This is a monthly subscription system giving the right to a guaranteed 20% reduction on all Keylodge stays. : villas and apartments. The price is set at €20 per month (annual payment) or €25 per month (monthly payment). The offer is voluntarily limited to 2,500 passes, in order to preserve its exclusivity. Each subscriber receives a physical Nout’Pass card, delivered in a premium box. The offer is also offered to professionals. Companies can make it available to their employees or offer it to their customers.
A first on the island
According to an IPSOS Indian Ocean study carried out in 2024, almost a third of Reunion residents make at least one trip per year outside their home while remaining in Reunion, whether it’s a few days in the Hauts or the circuses, a seaside getaway, a weekend in the West… “Our ambition, with Nout’Pass, it’s to make Reunion Islanders want to take the time to travel home again. By making it easier for Reunion Islanders to go on vacation, we strengthen purchasing power, but also the link between residents, territory and sustainable tourism. This had never been done in Reunion”, underlines Romain Desvignes, CEO of Keylodge Group.
