Piloted by Jérôme Bouquet, the management of the Île-de-France and Overseas network is made up of twelve locations in Île-de-France, including the Antilles-Guyana direction (established in Guadeloupe, in Martinique and Guyana, and covering Saint Pierre and Miquelon) and the Indian and Pacific Ocean department (established in Reunion, in New Caledonia and covering Polynesia, Mayotte and Wallis-and-Futuna), who each represents and exercises all of the banking professions. Ludovic Pouget was appointed Regional Director Indian and Pacific Ocean on August 1, 2025. Graduated with a master’s degree in Finance from Lumière Lyon 2 University, Ludovic Pouget joined Bpifrance in 2008 as a research manager within the Lyon regional department.. He then worked as a business manager for 5 years before being promoted to short-term manager within the Grenoble regional management., then appointed in 2015 territorial delegate in Bourg-en-Bresse.
