Capens, peppers, carrots, corn… Reitzel shakes up the shelves with its new products for the Jardin d’Orante and Hugo brands, in large and medium-sized areas, and Bravo Hugo, in specialized organic networks.
At Bravo Hugo, peppers and zucchini join the family of organic pickles with peppers with oregano and zucchini enhanced with a note of curry. Orante Garden, French pickle specialist, brightens up aperitifs with a new range of pickles for chewable aperitifs developed in collaboration with chef Marc Veyrat. Five recipes bringing creativity to convivial moments. A choice : thyme tomatoes, pickles, carrots and olives ; curry courgettes ; baby carrots ; rosemary, pitted green olives ; chewable corn. Jardin d’Orante is also launching into capron, the fruit of the caper tree, less known than the caper which is in the flower bud, at the end of the year with a recipe for capers in vinegar also by Marc Veyrat. Finally Reitzel, This is the new brand of Hugo pickles, and its recipes designed to appeal to all palates : the Classic (pickled pickles), l’Original (sweet and sour pickles) and slices for sweet and sour pickle burger.
