The ecocity of the meeting presented in December the four projects winning its Kréolab call for projects, intended to arouse the design of innovative real estate programs, prefiguring the "tropical city of tomorrow", by multidisciplinary groups.
In Saint-Paul, A project imagined by CBO Territoria was selected for the "City entry" site, not far from the media library, On the Royal Chaussée. The 34 -meter high building will be dressed in wood with a drawing evoking the braiding of Vacoa. Two sites neighboring the Port, located at the junction of the city center and the port basins of Pointe des Galets, will host two projects designed on the one hand by Sorec (real estate branch of the Isautier group) and the Océinde group, on the other hand by Icade. Another Port site, on the outskirts of the city center, will see another CBo Territoria project emerge from the ground, an “artisan city” combining housing and economic activity. All these projects offer many sustainable design solutions, in the areas of energy management, of waste, of social diversity… They must be achieved by 2028.
