Homage to the recipes of yesteryear, it reveals the generosity of the fruits, berries, plants, spices or bark, macerated or infused, for a modern interpretation of tradition. Triple Sec Lemon Gourmandise Collection, exclusive to Wolfberger, replaces its former Kéva liqueur. This spirit is obtained by maceration of lemon ribbons, distilled to extract all the aromatic intensity. The lemon alcohol is then enriched with sugar syrup and water.
