CBo launches construction of Combani shopping center
Construction work on the future Combani shopping center has started in Mayotte, ad CBo Territoria. They were entrusted to the Colas group by the Reunion company which is investing 23 million euros in the operation.. Commercial leases have already been signed with Carrefour (for a supermarket on 1,920 m2), Mr Bricolage (for a 1,200 m² store), C'There (for a personal and home equipment business over 1,200 m²) and Distrimax (Cananga group, for a sales counter and its 955 m² warehouse). End of October, 79% of the surface area overall was marketed. Delivery is planned for the second half of 2023. CBo Territoria also has, in continuity with the shopping center, of 2,8 hectares of land for which planning permission has been obtained. They will host “real estate projects in land and promotion, to respond in particular to the needs of local institutional actors”.

Inovista s’implant
Inovista has just opened an office in Mayotte, after having obtained several marketing or rental management mandates for premises or buildings in Mayotte in recent years. “Ongoing discussions should lead to the placing on the market of several buildings or land around Longoni and in Petite-Terre, indicates the company of Vincent Le Baliner. These projects justified the creation of the Inovista office in Mamoudzou, which will make it possible to closely support those involved in the construction and animation of the city”.
