Since January 1st, Opcommerce, skills operator in conventional sectors of trade branches, offers its member companies in Reunion and their employees the full range of its service offering.
So far, Opcommerce relied locally on Akto to promote its services. The OPCO of high -intensity of workforce was in charge of the relationship with companies adhering to the opponents and the fabric of Reunion training organizations. To go further and strengthen its local service, Oppommerce has decided, in April 2022, to request approval from the State services to operate directly on the ultra territories- sailors. Obtained in the fall of 2022, This approval has made it possible to recruit Anne-Laure Hoarau who is today the territorial delegate of oppommerce. Anne-Laure Hoarau was already the Oppommerce referent at Akto. The continuity of actions undertaken in previous years is therefore ensured.
The local opponents' roadmap
She holds in three axes. Strengthen support for TPE-PME training projects which represent 90 % of trade companies, but also large companies by favoring tailor -made approaches. Promote and develop work -study training through the apprenticeship contract and the professionalization contract in order to promote the integration of new employees. Valuing the trade professions through events that will in particular make it possible to connect companies that are members with young people in search of work -study, retraining employees or job seekers wishing to work in trade.
