Private sector companies (Outside associations) Show prudence. 6,200 private establishments plan to recruit in 2025, or one in 4 establishment (24 % against 29 % in 2024). In total, 20,000 recruitment projects are planned, 1,800 less than in 2024 (-8 %). All sectors declare less recruitment projects, except services to individuals (accommodation, restoration, health, Social action ...). The strongest decline (900 less recruitment projects, -25 %) is noted in construction. Three in four recruitment projects are concentrated in the services and trade sectors. Private employers anticipate recruitment difficulties in one in two, Or four points less than last year. These difficulties are very strong in companies with less than ten employees and in the construction and industry sectors. 14,900 job intentions are also provided for in public establishments and associations, including 8,100 in public establishments (+3 %). The most sought -after trades are premises' maintenance agents (including school agents), socio -cultural animation professionals and gardeners. Associations plan to recruit 6,800 people, 1,500 less than in 2024 (-17 %). They mainly look for gardeners, Sociocultural animation professionals, Home aid and auxiliary life.
