CBo Territoria and Ilop Réunion signed an agreement at the beginning of July aimed at the acquisition by the latter of 40% of CBo’s outdoor activities. “The Group renews its confidence in Stéphane André, already at the management of the three structures for many years, and is counting on its entry into the capital via its company Ilop Réunion to contribute even more actively to the development of these activities, which represented in 2021 a turnover of 3,5 million euros », declared Eric Wuillai on this occasion, president of CBo Territoria. The outdoor activities concerned are those of the Bassin-Bleu golf course, the 18 holes of Saint-Gilles-les-Hauts, from the Garden of Eden (30,000 visitors per year to the Hermitage) and the Beauséjour Sport Club, which brings together a golf practice at the gates of the “new town” of Sainte-Marie, tennis courts, a squash room, a restaurant…
