December 1, 2025, Guy Hoquet l’Immobilier launched the first promotion of his “expert salesman” bachelor’s degree, a bac+3 course designed with the Mastora Sales Academy and international expert Michaël Aguilar. This diploma training marks a new stage in the network's strategy to professionalize the real estate professions and accelerate the development of talents, in a context where the market demands more commercial skills and rigor.
With 520 agencies and business firms spread across France, but also internationally, the Guy Hoquet l’Immobilier group is today the third network of franchised real estate agencies in France. This first promotion brings together two classes of 15 employees, from Guy Hoquet agencies spread across the entire territory. Accompanied by their agency bosses, they participated in a launch celebrating their entry into a course designed to reveal their commercial potential. Stéphane Fritz, president of Guy Hoquet l’Immobilier, recalled the vocation that the GH Business School sets itself to be an “accelerator of success, designed to detect, train and develop talents, whatever their background”. Participants also had the privilege of attending a conference by Michaël Aguilar, motivation and sales expert, bachelor's sponsor, around his talk “The secrets of elite salespeople”, offering an inspiring framework to launch this new training. The Mastora teaching teams then presented the pillars of the program : action, terrain, individualized coaching, commercial requirements and ongoing support.
Second promotion in 2026
The “expert salesperson” bachelor’s degree is aimed at young graduates, to employees wishing to evolve, as well as people undergoing retraining. Its program is structured around seven learning modules delivered over a period of 14 months. By combining academic excellence, immersion, field and business mentoring, the course gives access to immediately operational skills and positions of responsibility in real estate. Faced with the enthusiasm for this first edition, a second promotion of the “expert salesperson” bachelor’s degree will be launched in the second half of 2026.
