The Bernard Hayot group and the 2nd chance school school (E2C Réunion) Signed an agreement at the end of November 2022 which should allow 15 young people far from employment to win a permanent contract in mass distribution at the end of a sixteen -month training course. Candidates selected by Pôle Emploi, associated with the operation, seront accueillis par l’E2C Réunion pendant cinq mois de remise à niveau. Ils suivront ensuite un parcours d’un an de formation en alternance avec l’organisme Gem formation, pour se préparer à leur futur métier de vente et de caisse. “We have difficulty recruiting in distribution professions.
